Eurest is seeking a full-time COOK at Delta MCI, 1 Kansas City Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64153. This role requires open availability, including weekends, and prior prep and cook experience. You will prepare food to established standards and ensure it meets HACCP and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature and attractive.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies according to safe procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering/receiving of food and supplies.
