Job summary

The Stand Century City is seeking a Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen in Los Angeles. You will cook and prep across salad, fry, grill and expo stations, following build guides to ensure consistency and quality on every plate.

Maintain sanitary, organized workspaces and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Prioritize guest needs and uphold The Stand's values of ethics, passion, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A passion for food and a desire to do things right.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and a team-first mentality.
• Reliable — Monday through Friday.
• Ability to stay focused and move fast during a rush.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep on multiple stations — salad, fry, grill, and expo.
• Follow our build guides to make every menu item consistently and correctly.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and sanitary throughout every shift.
• Prepare food items in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Work as part of a tight-knit, supportive kitchen team.
• Attend to special guest requests and go the extra mile.
