Qualifications

• 1–3 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Previous knife-handling experience is a plus.
• Schedule flexibility is highly preferred but not required.
• Ability to be cross-trained in all kitchen areas is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand basic work directions in the work location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute all menu items per LPQ standards for dine-in and to-go.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas per checklists.
• Assist Kitchen Manager in maintaining proper food par levels and prep sheets.
• Conduct line checks for quality control.
• Use proper tools, equipment, and ingredients for each menu item.
• Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures as directed by checklists and the Kitchen Manager.
• Complete LPQ cleaning and food safety checklists to ensure proper food handling.
