Goodwin Recruiting is seeking experienced line cooks for a high-volume, upscale casual restaurant in Boca Raton, FL. The role is full-time, with a scratch-kitchen environment and competitive hourly pay of $22–$27.

Candidates should be comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays, and excel in a fast-paced kitchen team. Ideal applicants have prior line-cook experience in upscale dining, can handle multiple stations, and follow recipes and plating specs precisely.

• Minimum line-cook experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch-kitchen experience strongly preferred.
• Able to work sauté, grill, broiler, fry, pantry or multiple stations.
• Able to follow recipes, portion standards and plating specifications.
• Strong sense of urgency during high-volume service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items to restaurant standards.
• Work assigned stations during lunch and dinner service; maintain prep levels and station organization.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and allergy procedures.
• Communicate with culinary leadership and fellow cooks during service.
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing responsibilities.
• Support the team wherever needed during busy shifts.

Line Cook – Upscale Scratch Kitchen

$22–$27/hour | Full-Time

We are hiring experienced Line Cooks for a high-volume, upscale casual restaurant in Boca Raton.

This is a true scratch-kitchen environment serving steaks, seafood, burgers, salads, and contemporary American cuisine. We are looking for cooks who are comfortable working a busy line, following recipes, maintaining high standards, and working as part of a professional culinary team.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous line-cook experience in a full-service restaurant
• Scratch-kitchen experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working sauté, grill, broiler, fry, pantry, or multiple stations
• Able to follow recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications
• Strong sense of urgency during high-volume service
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Able to maintain a clean and organized station
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
