Universal Horror Unleashed offers a terrifyingly unique experience that brings haunted attractions to Las Vegas year-round. Located at Area 15, it is the heart of horror – and we would love for you to join us! This environment involves working in dark settings with special effects such as strobe lights, fog, artificial smells, and more. The working hours typically span late evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Summary

Prepares and cooks food for a multi-unit operation, following all established standards. Ensures high-quality food service, presentation, and taste. Must be motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent food.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepares food promptly according to recipes, including allergen awareness, proper knife skills, and maintaining quality standards.
• Follows Nevada's HACCP and ServSafe procedures, uses portion control tools correctly, and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
• Performs daily operations such as opening/closing, stocking, and unloading deliveries.
• Collaborates with team members in a fast-paced kitchen and provides excellent guest service during guest interactions.
