Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with various cooking methods and techniques.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is advantageous.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food with care to ensure best quality, flavor and presentation.
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
• Set up and sanitize stations on the line.
• Keep food prep areas, surfaces and utensils clean.
• Label and rotate food products to stay organized.
• Operate large cooking equipment (grills, fryers, stoves, griddles).
• Follow dietary requirements for meals as needed.
