Qualifications

• Restaurant cooking experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right people
• Ability to follow recipes and prep lists accurately
• Strong multitasking skills and a sense of urgency when it matters
• Team-first attitude and pride in serving great food
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays (as needed)

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and follow standardized recipes to keep quality consistent
• Cook, assemble, and plate food to order using restaurant standards
• Use proper portioning, timing, and presentation techniques
• Follow food safety rules and keep your station compliant at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using sanitation and health guidelines

• Stay focused and handle multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment
