Delaware North's Tacos Mejor in Boston, MA is seeking a part-time Line Cook to prepare tacos and chef-inspired items using fresh ingredients and standard recipes. You’ll help ensure consistent flavor and presentation across daily taco production and maintain clean, safe kitchen practices.

This role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for training and growth. Prior line cook or prep cook experience is preferred, and no high school diploma is required.

• Ability to prioritize and complete food orders with speed and precision.
• Ability to follow procedures and take directions.
• Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Properly measure, portion, prepare, and cook all food items in a timely manner according to recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare tacos and other menu items using fresh, high-quality ingredients, ensuring consistency in presentation and flavor.
• Prepare proteins, vegetables, toppings, salsas, sauces, and other ingredients for daily taco production.
• Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained and all food products are stored safely and correctly.
• Follow recipe specifications and portion controls to deliver a consistent guest experience.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties according to established guidelines.
• Keep workstations, utensils, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked throughout each shift.
• Follow waste control procedures and accurately record all waste on spoilage sheets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations and exceptional food quality.
