Job summary

RA Sushi Holding Corp. is seeking dedicated kitchen staff to handle grilled, broiled, fried, and sautéed items. You will prepare tempura, sauces, and grilled items, portion ingredients, and plate dishes with care.

Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and assist in inventory and equipment reporting. The role emphasizes following standardized recipes, ensuring food quality, temperature and presentation, while meeting service times and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation required.
• Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
• Bilingual preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion food items prior to cooking (tempura, sauces, grilled items).
• Plate and garnish cooked items.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen workstation.
• Follow recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Coordinate production with meal serving hours to ensure quality and appearance.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and health standards.
• Maintain inventories and report equipment issues to the Head Kitchen Chef.
• Communicate with Lead Line Cook to manage orders efficiently.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies.
