Responsible for properly preparing and cooking all food items in a safe, timely, organized manner maintaining high quality of foods.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties

• Produce dishes from standardized recipes.
• Prepare, portion, and cook food accordingly.
• Ensure stations are prepared for anticipated business levels, assisting colleagues as needed.
• Meet ticket time requirements consistently.
• Complete daily cleaning duties following sanitation guidelines.
• Handle high-volume cooking and plating while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality, timeliness, proper handling, and sanitation.
• Follow procedures and work under culinary management supervision.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication.
• Occasionally interact directly with guests.
• Maintain appearance standards set by the company and department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
