Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipe.
• Prepare, plate, and present food products of various cooking methods to reach guest satisfaction and team goals.
• Communicate station needs, waste, and discrepancies with the sous chef.
• As directed by the sous chef, prepare and present menu items according to recipe specifications and presentation expectations.
• Assist in other areas of the kitchen as directed by the Sous Chef.
• Interact with guests and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Set up and maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
