Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Grantville, PA, is seeking a motivated culinary professional to join our award-winning kitchen team. You will prepare, cook, and plate a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency with recipes and presentation standards while contributing to guest satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities include communicating needs with the sous chef, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting other kitchen areas as directed.

• As directed by sous chef, prepare and present menu items according to recipe specification and presentation expectations.
• Assist in other areas of kitchen as directed by Sous Chef.
• Interact with guests and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Set-up & maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.
