Job summary

The role focuses on accurate portioning, standard recipes, and high sanitation standards while serving residents with care and professionalism. Requires a High school diploma and a Food Handler’s Permit, with ServSafe training a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit is required.
• ServSafe training beneficial.
• State sanitation certificate required.
• 3–4 years of related and advanced food service and cooking experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook foods for residents according to recipes and production sheets.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards across kitchen operations.
• Plate and present meals with attention to appearance and garnish.
• Assist with allergy and foodborne illness training and safety practices.
