Noble House Hotels & Resorts seeks a skilled line cook to join the BALEENkitchen team at Portofino Hotel & Marina, Redondo Beach. You will prepare and execute exquisite entrees with seafood-forward concepts in a vibrant marina-front setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of volume cooking in a large operation or similar
• Experience with recipe development and large batch cooking
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, preparation, storage and sanitation
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations (OSHA, health codes)
• Strong communication with departments, guests, and vendors
• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly
• Servsafe certification required prior to hire

• Prepare and execute exquisite entrees at BALEENkitchen in Portofino Hotel & Marina
• Collaborate with culinary team and other departments to ensure quality and consistency
