Job summary

Seis Kitchen in Tucson seeks a line cook to join their fast-casual team. You will execute dishes with precision on the line in a scratch kitchen and help deliver authentic Mexican cuisine and a memorable dining experience for guests.

The role supports flexible schedules, opportunities for advancement, and employee meal perks. Prior line cook or culinary experience is preferred, with emphasis on teamwork and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience as line cook or similar culinary role preferred.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques including grilling, sautéing, frying, plating.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and standards during service hours.
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow on the line.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations and equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold hygiene standards.
• Communicate with management and front-of-house to prioritize tasks and maintain quality.
• Assist with food preparation, including portioning, marinating, and pre-service tasks.
• Uphold Seis Kitchen's commitment to delivering high-quality food and service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
