Seis Kitchen Downtown is seeking a dependable Line Cook to join our scratch kitchen in Tucson. You will execute dishes with precision on the line, following recipes and quality standards to deliver authentic Mexican flavors.

You should be comfortable working evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds while standing for extended periods. We offer free meals, employee discounts, and voluntary health and other insurance options.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role.
• Knowledge of grilling, sautéing, frying, and plating.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes during service hours.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations and equipment.
