Seis Kitchen Oro Valley is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our scratch kitchen team. You will execute dishes with precision on the line, contributing to the authentic flavors and exceptional dining experience our guests expect.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook preferred.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques including grilling, sautéing, frying, and plating.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and standards during service hours.
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow on the line.
• Maintain day to day cleanliness and organization of the cooking stations, including equipment and utensils.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house to prioritize tasks and maintain quality standards.
• Assist with food preparation, including portioning, marinating, and other pre-service tasks as needed.
• Uphold Seis Kitchen's commitment to delivering exceptional service and high-quality food to our guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
