Job Summary

Prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality food items following recipes and instructions to meet schedules.
2. Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, attractiveness, and taste. Taste all prepared items.
3. Use established ticket collection procedures and maintain records during service.
4. Clean kitchen areas after preparation and service, store or discard excess food per safety procedures.
5. Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized, storing food and supplies properly.
6. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
7. Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
8. Assist in ordering and receiving food and supplies.
9. Report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately.
10. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
11. Maintain good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
12. Work safely, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
14. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures, following HACCP standards.
15. Commit to personal and team safety.
16. Follow all company policies, including the use of gloves and proper handling of hot items and equipment.
