Landscapes Golf Management and Dakota Dunes Country Club are seeking Line Cooks to join our culinary team at a premier private club in South Dakota. Qualifications

Must deliver high level of customer service.
Good oral communication skills are required.
Basic culinary skills and knowledge are required.
Understanding of safe food handling procedures and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

Promote and model company values.
Handle daily prep duties and food production.
Ensure food is prepared to standard portions and quality.
Rotate and store products properly.
Follow proper plating and garnish presentations.
Assist with development and creation of menu items.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and health code compliance.
Wash dishes and kitchenware.
Maintain stock at line stations for efficient service.
Check in stock orders and assist with inventory ordering.
Close the kitchen properly and follow closing checklist.
Adhere to club dress code policy.
Attend employee meetings.
Demonstrate commitment to service and quality, interacting positively with staff and members.
