Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse is seeking a dependable Line Cook to help deliver memorable dining experiences with our premium steaks, seafood and plant-based entrees. You will uphold industry-leading food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards while thriving in a fast-paced team environment.

Your station must be clean and well-organized; you will also ensure proper storage in walk-in coolers and freezers and coordinate with the kitchen to monitor ticket times and overall food quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant experience as a line cook.
