Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our premium kitchen team. You will work on cooking stations, assist in preparing prime steaks, seafood and plant-based entrees, and ensure quality and consistency during service.

Responsibilities include proper storage in walk-in cooler/freezer, organizing dry storage, cleaning and maintaining your station, and monitoring ticket times and food quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a line cook.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist in cooking stations and prep for prime steaks, seafood and plant-based entrees.
• Ensure proper storage of products in walk-in cooler and freezer; keep dry storage organized.
• Clean and maintain your work station on the line and monitor ticket times and food quality.
