Job description

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking a Line Cook to join our team.

We are a collective of great people delivering genuine hospitality.

What is your role? You will create Raving Fans by preparing a variety of hot and cold food items—including salads, sauces, side dishes, appetizers, and entrees—ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time, maintain uniform hygiene and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Prepare all food items according to company specifications, recipes, procedures, plate presentation, and quality standards.
• Follow proper food safety techniques, including personal hygiene, hand washing, gloves, and knife skills.
• Know and follow emergency procedures for the restaurant.
• Maintain the highest degree of sanitation and cleanliness in the work area, including prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, floors, walls, and shelving.
• Accomplish all job duties while adhering to safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
