• Health: No communicable disease as defined by health authorities that would affect food handling.
• Physical Standards: Stand up to six hours, lift up to 30 pounds, and operate kitchen equipment.

• Back of the House roles include sandwich maker, line setup, prep and dish duties as listed in the job setup positions.
• Support fast-paced restaurant operations and maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout shifts.
