Lunch Mony, LLC, franchising 20 Jason's Deli locations across Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, is hiring a Back of the House Line Employee for our Wichita location. You will support vegetable, fruit, salad bar, front line, back line, and other prep duties across multiple stations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, learning routines, clear communication, and adherence to health guidelines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Education: preferred high school enrollment or GED program, or a high school diploma/GED.
• Experience: six months of work experience preferred if not in school.
• Skills: ability to learn basic job routines and communicate effectively.
• Health: must not have a communicable disease affecting food handling per health regulations.
• Physical: ability to stand, move quickly, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform roles across multiple back-of-house setup positions (vegetable/fruit/salad bar/front line/back line) and related prep.
• Assist with meal preparation, line maintenance, and speed of service during shifts.
