Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook or prep cook.
• Familiarity and fluency in kitchen terminology.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, procedures, and equipment.
• Willingness to pursue ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Availability requires regular and ongoing weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Clean up station and kitchen.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
