• 1+ years in a professional kitchen

Responsabilidades

• Prepare menu items according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards
• Execute dishes with precision, consistency and quality
• Maintain an organized, fully stocked workstation
• Support curated menu with premium ingredients and seasonal offerings
• Ensure plates meet brand standards for flavor and appearance
• Follow food safety, sanitation and health regulations
• Receive, label, rotate, and store products using FIFO
• Collaborate with cake decorator and front-of-house teams for a seamless guest experience
• Keep kitchen clean, organized and efficient through shifts
• Assist with menu updates, seasonal launches and new product rollouts
• Contribute to professionalism, teamwork and continuous improvement
