810 PHOENIX LLC is seeking a Line Cook to join our Back of House. You will prepare all food items following recipes while maintaining sanitation in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include labeling and rotating food with FIFO, following portion controls, managing waste, and adhering to opening/closing procedures. Must be at least 18 and have 2 years of education, with basic English reading and writing ability, and strong teamwork.

Formación

• Must have at least 2 years of secondary education and be at least 18.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customer and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Have a working knowledge of cooking procedures, kitchen equipment, and kitchen safety rules.
• Label, date & rotate all food properly - FIFO system.
• Follow all portion controls for all food items.
• Control & limit all waste.
• Follow opening & closing procedures.
• Have knowledge of where & how everything is stored.
