Qualifications

• Minimum two years of line cook or prep cook experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations.
• Handle, label, rotate, and store food products following safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work including setup and cleaning.
• Attend scheduled meetings and participate in ongoing training.
