Prime Hospitality Group seeks a Line Cook to support Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Bin 23 Bistro, and Exchange Whiskey Bar. The Line Cook executes all kitchen operations, developing quality menu items with proper skills and strict adherence to recipes, while ensuring plates meet PHG and Ruth Chris specifications.

Qualifications

• Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• The Line Cook plates all dishes in accordance with PHG and Ruth Chris Steak House specifications and quality standards.
