The dishwasher position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.

1. Place dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils in racks to send through dish machine.
2. Wash pots and pans, trays by hand.
3. Remove trash to dumpster.
4. Set up or break down dishwashing area.
5. Clean floors at end of night.
6. Assemble/disassemble dish machine.
7. Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry.
