Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks food for patients, cafeteria, and events as per daily production sheets.
• Follows standardized recipes and batches foods for meal service.
• Maintains safe, sanitary kitchen and proper handling of food and knives.
• cleans work areas and equipment; supports a clean serving environment.
• Demonstrates time management by prioritizing tasks according to schedules.
