Dave & Buster’s, Inc. in San Diego is seeking a part-time line cook to create an exceptional culinary experience through prep and presentation of menu items. You will follow recipes and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a team, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to sanitation policies. The position offers flexible schedules to accommodate school or other jobs and includes a comprehensive benefits package where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items following recipes and specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
• Follow safety policies and operate kitchen equipment correctly.
• Assist team members and communicate with supervisor as needed.
• Manage food prep to minimize waste and meet guest expectations.
