Peerless Hospitality Concepts, a family‑owned restaurant group, is seeking passionate and experienced Line Cooks for our BURG'r & BARREL restaurant in Johnson City. The role involves high‑volume cooking and prep on both lunch and dinner shifts.

Responsibilities

• Batch cooking & kitchen prep duties
• Grill, fry & sauté various meats & other foods
• High‑volume cooking with quality using all new kitchen equipment
• Prepare specialty dishes & sauces
• Present, garnish & arrange final dishes
• Replenish & requisition supply items daily
• Ensure ingredients & cooked dishes are fresh
• Handle & store ingredients
• Do kitchen & prep area cleaning
• Follow food safety & sanitation procedures

Qualifications
