Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $14.00/hr

Responsibilities

The Line Cook is responsible for food preparation, adhering to sanitation, health, and hygiene standards, and following established food production procedures. They are also responsible for proper use of supplies and equipment to minimize waste. The Line Cook reports directly to the Executive Chef.

  • Prepare menu items as ordered.
  • Ensure quality and presentation meet standards.
  • Restock workstations as needed.
  • Follow hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Properly handle and store food.
  • Maintain a clean work area.
  • Clean and maintain equipment.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
  • Flexible availability for shifts.
