Responsibilities
  1. Prepare culinary items to the highest standards of food production, quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene, ensuring guest, team member, and owner satisfaction.
  2. Maintain high integrity by ensuring guests experience the highest quality 5 diamond/5-star culinary standards.
  3. Interact with team members as internal customers and strategic partners to deliver brand standards.
  4. Demonstrate creativity, commitment to service excellence, and gracious hospitality.
  5. Ensure food quality and standards are maintained at all times during preparation for restaurant, private dining, and events.
  6. Examine food products and supplies to meet quality and quantity standards.
  7. Prepare culinary items according to established recipes, demonstrating thorough knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service techniques.
  8. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and prep areas, adhering to HACCP and personal hygiene standards.
  9. Participate in training initiatives and stay current on industry trends.
  10. Comply with all hotel policies and standards.
  11. Maintain positive relationships with guests and team members, demonstrating professionalism and friendliness.
  12. Practice teamwork, safety, open communication, respect, and kindness.
  13. Perform other related responsibilities as required.

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

  • Committed to safety and ethical conduct.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, reaching, and bending.
  • Proficient in operating all kitchen equipment.
Education & Experience

Minimum 1-year culinary experience in a world-class hotel or restaurant.

Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
