Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole seeks a dedicated kitchen professional to uphold our standards of excellence. You will contribute to the day-to-day operations, prepare items to exacting standards, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen/hotel operation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule incl evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Solid food knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operation of the assigned kitchen station.
• Prepare food items to exacting Four Seasons standards.
• Assist in creating menu items and specials.
• Ensure mise en place and station setup.
• Collaborate with standard recipes and plate presentations to uphold quality.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area.
• Follow guidelines for timely food service to guests.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by hotel management.

Responsibilities

• Provide enjoyable expertly cooked dining experiences conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Run the day to day operation of assigned station in the kitchen
• They ensure that all food items are prepared to exacting standards.
• Assist in creating and preparing menus items and specials.
• Check and complete mise en place and pars and set-up the station.
• Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
• Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
• Follow all guidelines for timely food service to guests.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen/hotel operation or culinary school.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• This position requires the ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lb.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
• This position requires an applicant with a good level of food knowledge and experience.
