Snooze Plano is hiring a Line Cook to ensure every Snooze item is prepared with high quality, care, and craftsmanship. The role emphasizes the brand's best pancakes and food safety, with responsibilities spanning prep, line work, and maintenance of a clean station.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in the restaurant industry, 6 months in high-volume settings, and are at least 17 years old and eligible to work in the US. Benefits and a collaborative team culture are highlighted.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred.
• At least 17 years of age and authorized to work in the US.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served.
• Be well-acquainted with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety information.
• Prepare a variety of food items using knives, mixers, blenders, processors, scales, and bags.
• Prepare foods for service using ovens, stoves, griddles, and broilers.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and area.
• Handle all products per Health Department standards and Snooze guidelines.
