Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a diverse range of Southern dishes following established recipes and guidelines.
  • Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of each dish, meeting our restaurant's high standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage food orders, timing, and overall kitchen efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
  • Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing demands.

  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
  • Stand and move for the duration of shift.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform repetitive motions (chopping, stirring).
