Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas in Texas is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to prepare and cook menu items to our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation, delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain cleanliness, follow health and safety regulations, and collaborate with teammates to ensure timely service. Must be 18+, with a state Food Handler certificate; holiday, night, and weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training a plus.
• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role required.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
• Must be at least 18 years old; State Food Handler certificate required.
• Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with peak times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all dishes are made to order and meet presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Ensure ingredients and supplies are readily available and properly stored.
• Monitor food quality and freshness.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Work with kitchen team to coordinate orders and timely service.
• Communicate effectively with the team to manage workflow.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
