Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking a Line Cook for The Field Burger & Tap at Toftrees Golf Resort in State College, PA. Work on-site with a focus on quality food production, plating and adherence to hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a line cook or relevant role.
• Great attention to detail and creativity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification and food safety certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition; safe food handling certificate preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Physical strength and stamina to stand long hours and perform repetitive motions.
