Job summary

Wood Violet Recovery is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and serve meals that support client recovery. The role operates Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am to 7:30pm at our Dodgeville, WI location, with a focus on healthy, nutritious menus and a supportive kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of professional kitchen or cooking experience.
• ServSafe Certification or Food Manager Certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner following established menus.
• Work with dietary guidelines to support client health and nutritional needs.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and daily kitchen operations.
• Create a calm, respectful dining environment for clients and staff.
