Atlas Restaurant Group is seeking a Line Cook for Trolley Square Oyster House in Wilmington, DE. This full-time, non-exempt role requires 2 years of high-volume kitchen experience and a HS diploma. Salary ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 hourly.

You will set up your station, execute menu items, work with seasonal ingredients, and contribute to new menu development while maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in high-volume kitchen environments.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Food safety practices and cleanliness standards required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and stock workstation with minimal supervision.
• Execute menu items from start to finish including prep, cooking, and plating.
• Work with seasonal ingredients.
• Help develop new menu items.
• Improve existing skills and learn new techniques.
• Master multiple stations (Grill, Saute, Fryer, Garde Manger).
• Maintain cleanliness of BOH areas and equipment.
• Participate in regular and deep cleaning of BOH areas.
