Located in the new expansion of Westfield Topanga, Topanga Social offers a vibrant space where the Valley comes together to eat, drink, play, and shop. It features over 50,000 square feet of flexible gathering space, including bars and lounges with indoor and outdoor options. The venue hosts a diverse range of eateries, including celebrity chef outlets, catering to all tastes.

Position

The Line Cook prepares food to meet quality standards and regulations, reporting to Lead Line Cooks, Culinary Supervisors, Sous Chefs, and the Executive Chef.

Essential Functions
  • Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and standards.
  • Serve meals with proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in production planning and record-keeping.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Attend safety and in-service meetings.
  • Maintain positive working relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
