Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse in Summerville, SC is hiring line cooks to craft our made-from-scratch menu and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with attention to quality and timing in a high-volume kitchen.

We offer full-time or part-time hours at a competitive pay rate, with flexible scheduling to fit school or family needs, advancement opportunities, and team member discounts. Prior kitchen experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old to operate kitchen equipment.
• Prior kitchen/culinary experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment (knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, pizza oven) is a plus.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes per our made-from-scratch recipes.
• Ensure highest quality food by following recipe procedures.
• Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation policies.
• Communicate clearly with Managers and Team Members.
