Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Line Cook to elevate the Resident experience through high-quality food production. You will control the quality and quantity of all items at the line, including meats, vegetables, breads and desserts, under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

The role emphasizes professional service, timely execution, and attention to detail in a luxury senior hospitality environment. Prior line cook experience and a strong understanding of scratch cooking are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Culinary Arts or Apprenticeship preferred.
• 1+ years of experience cooking in a fast paced kitchen preferred.
• Scratch cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate meats, vegetables, potatoes, breads and desserts to spec.
• Maintain quality and quantity control of all items at the line station.
• Assist the Executive Chef with station setup, mise en place and cleanliness.
