Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and cook dishes according to recipes and member specifications.
• Set up and stock workstations with ingredients, equipment, and tools before service.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and portion control at all times.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and kitchen team during service and MEP tasks.
• Follow station and plating standards for a la carte service.
