ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do:
Work the line during breakfast and lunch service
Prep fresh, high-quality ingredients
Support general kitchen duties, including cleaning and organizing
Assist with food safety, storage, and inventory
Collaborate with an experienced team and maintain a positive kitchen culture
Ideal Candidate:
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a culinary program beneficial, but not mandatory.
Passionate about food and committed to learning
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to take instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Open to constructive feedback
Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment, but proactive when slow.
Available for morning shifts (end by early afternoon)
Expanding business, which includes, Sous Vide Meat production, off-site catering events, meal prep and corporate catering.
