Job summary

Let’s Graze Utah is seeking an ambitious culinary student to join our team at a corporate café serving breakfast and lunch. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, reliable, and ready to learn in a fast-paced kitchen environment while collaborating with an experienced team. Morning shift availability is required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a culinary program beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • Passionate about food and committed to learning.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Work the line during breakfast and lunch service

Prep fresh, high-quality ingredients

Support general kitchen duties, including cleaning and organizing

Assist with food safety, storage, and inventory

Collaborate with an experienced team and maintain a positive kitchen culture

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a culinary program beneficial, but not mandatory.

Passionate about food and committed to learning

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Ability to take instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Open to constructive feedback

Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment, but proactive when slow.

Available for morning shifts (end by early afternoon)

Additional Information

Expanding business, which includes, Sous Vide Meat production, off-site catering events, meal prep and corporate catering.
