Job summary

Guy Fieri's Guy's Kitchen and Bar is seeking a Line Cook to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen in Branson, MO. You will prepare menu items per recipes, assemble specialty dishes, and help ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in a high-volume restaurant, are flexible with shifts, and hold HACCP and ServSafe certifications. Weekly pay and a strong benefits package are offered to full- and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year cooking/prepping/frying/grilling in a high-volume restaurant.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• HACCP and ServSafe certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have a fun culinary experience through your food.
• Prepare menu items according to recipes.
• Prepare Trash Can Nachos and other specialty items.
• Prep and prepare high-quality food.
• Maintain clean as you go and work safely in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Be willing to perform other duties and have fun while working.
