• Following standard recipe and preparation methods as established.

• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Present food according to plating specifications and portion control.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and greet guests warmly.
• Conduct yourself in a manner that reflects well on Harrah's and Horseshoe.
