CC Holdings, Inc. is hiring for a full-time and part-time food service cook/line server at the IGC Cafe in the Indiana Government Center. Shifts run Monday–Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with weekends and holidays off.

Starting rate up to $16.00 per hour and weekly pay are part of the role. As a team member you will prepare, cook and serve high-quality food in a fast-paced, sanitary environment, following safety and sanitation rules and guest service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Arrives in proper uniform and adheres to grooming standards.
• Sets up station according to cafe guidelines.
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follows portion control and presentation specifications as set by the café.
• Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
• Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
• Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
• Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance.
• Ensure quality and safety of food by performing standard and any additional sanitary measures including sweeping of the floors, cleaning of surfaces, as well as proper covering and storage of food items according to standards and procedures.
• Work at efficient and consistent pace.
• Knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe food handling required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
• Attention to detail in all areas of work.
• Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Has the ability to deal with changes.
• Willingness to assist in other tasks when asked.
• Prior work in a high volume kitchen preferred but not required.

Full-time & Part-time food service cook/line server positions are now being filled at our IGC Cafe located in the Indiana Government Center. Shifts available Monday - Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm (shifts vary). Closed Weekends & Holidays!

The food service line cook is responsible for preparing, cooking and serving high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner in a specific station. The food service cook must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively. Food service cook must be prepared to work as a team member in a dynamic workplace, follow all safety and sanitation procedures, follow food storage procedures and have an excellent knowledge of customer service.
